My mom is in this place and she hates how the staff don't check up on her. All they do is laugh in the hallways and stay hidden. She recently been insulted by the staff. Everytime she calls for someone to help her. No one comes! Please check who you hired and fired the lazy ass ones Stop doing it for the money and help the one that has to be there.

This place is a JOKE, I had a family member put in this facility from the doctor. They never took care of him nor did the job that they get paid for. Unfortunately due to the lack of care he did pass away. I called today to get some information that was needed and was really disrespected by the employee on the phone. Wouldn't give me her name at all. Just a response of 'GOOD DAY'. I really feel sorry for the family's that have to keep their loved ones in there.. I give them a flat ZERO, and will definitely take this further!!
