Absolutely negligent and horrible place. My grandma was here for a month after breaking her hip. I honestly don't think they ever bathed her during that time. My grandma had to take a bathe HERSELF, because the staff wouldn't clean her. It took 4 days and my mom telling 4 different staff to get her bed fixed. Additionally, the med passers left a bunch of med sheets/cards on top of the med cart, out in the hallway, with no one around to make sure no one got into them. Not only is this unsafe, it's also illegal. My grandma has dementia and she could've easily taken a handful of someone else's pills. I get that they are short staffed, but don't accept more patients if you don't have the ability to adequately care for them! We're all so relieved to have my grandma back at her LTC facility. What a nightmare.
