Awful living situation, DO NOT let your loved ones go here. Absolutely terrible, neglect, residents have no dignity or privacy. They will be crammed into a small room with 4 other people. Just terrible. 😞

Absolutely terrible, they are neglectful towards the residents. I'm surprised the state has not closed them down for how horrible they are. Most residents will be left to sit in their own urine for the most of the day and only changed a few times, if that. The ones who are full care will the most neglected out of all of the residents. Everyone is shoved into tiny rooms, usually 4 people to one room. So no personal space or privacy and everyone shares the same bathrooms. Whatever dignity your family members had will be thrown out the window, if you allow them to stay at this horrible institution.

My stepfather was placed in the facility for 10 months he was not taken care of, and when he was released, he was released with pneumonia, and RSV and almost died. No one around when I picked him up and just threw a bunch of pills in a bag, most unprofessional Uncaring place ever. I have reported them for elder abuse. Do not let your loved ones go to the facility. It is known for being the worst ever. When I say he was released, we took him out of there and thank God we did because he wouldn’t have lived another three days. This place is disgusting and terrible help. I can’t believe the way they treat elderly people, especially a VA vet. They should be shut down.
