It is a great place for residents and I would highly recommend. If you plan on working there I highly suggest finding another place. They claim they are there for their workers and their families. I was very open with my physical ailments since day one. The first 6 months was great. Found a position I could excel in with hours I could work. The last 3 months they upped my hours and changed my position. Told supervisors multiple times it was too much and I physically couldn't handle the hours.... For 3 months. Finally got to the point where I told them, "if you can't get me back to my normal hours by the end of the month I would have to find another job. My vacation was at the end of the month so I figured I could tough it out and heal the week I was taking off I got back from my vacation and was met with a form of resignation and a write up that was paragraphs long and mostly lies. The only truthful part was I took an extra break the last 2 weeks because I couldn't physically handle it and I was very open about it. The write up had everything from a bad attitude to being too slow at my job. I was running deliveries for the supervisor the day she said I was too slow. So long story short, great place to live, horrible place to work
