This place is absolutely despicable ! The entire place smells like urine. No air conditioning in the lobby . Unfortunately my mom is in this place and we are trying to get her out….while visiting last week a patient was screaming for help for over 20 min till finally my brother went out to the nurses station screaming for someone to help him My mom needed to be cleaned and I went out to the nurses station and the nurse out there said oh sorry I don’t do that . I said are you a nurse? She said yes but the aid who does that is on her way . I said so you she has to sit there and wait???? The nurse comes in maybe once a day . It’s a horrible place ! DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES IN THIS NIGHTMARE !!!! We are in the process of reporting this place !

My Mom is currently here and the best part about this facility is the 2 young men at the reception desk, Kolonji and Isaiah. They are extremely sweet and go out of their way to always bring my mom her food and coffee orders when they are delivered. The Nurses are either rude, have no personality or act like they want to be anywhere but here!!! Some of the aides are nice but some of them aren't. Also this place is very understaffed. My Mom calls me everyday to tell how her nurse is rude or the aide is rude or how she can't find anyone when she needs them. We have reached out to several of the higher ups and not one person does anything!!!! If you truly care and love your loved one DO NOT SEND THEM HERE!!!!! If I could give this place zero stars i would. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
