UPDATE:8/6/25 GREEN VALLEY IS THE WORST PLACE TO SEND YOUR LOVED ONE! They don't inform you when your love one goes to the hospital. I call green valley because I was informed by a family friend my mother was in the hospital! No one called me to let me know green valley puts me on hold I'm still currently on hold for 40 minutes now! Talk about unnecessary stress... unless you want unnecessary stress and CONSTANT WORRYING about your loved one PLEASE DON'T SEND YOUR LOVED ONE TO GREEN VALLEY! Seriously my mom's only gotten worse health wise being in this place when they're supposed to be a Rehabilitation center they're not and IF your love one tries to say they are not getting the care they should be getting the blonde lady with real short hair will write untrue things about your loved one in there file making it impossible to have them moved to another facility because my mother is a problem patient because she voices her concerns...like how the house doctor "a nurse practitioner" takes her off a serious medication she's been on for 14 years cold turkey causing my mother to be in a great amount of pain...when I went to find out why I knocked in the door and was invited in I asked which lady was "meg" I had some questions about my mother's medications she asked who my mother was I told her and this lady flipped out on me telling me I was out of line to come to her? We I went to talk to her higher up she also told me I was out of line? HOW? Because it's okay for them to treat people like lab rats to see how they react to new medications and how they react to taking them off medications they have been on years before entering green valley? It's not OKAY that I have no idea what hospital my mom's at or why she is there right now I'm still on hold 55 minutes still currently! THE HOUSE DOCTOR "MEG" IS NOT A DOCTOR SHE'S UNPROFESSIONAL 1ST AND 2ND SHE'S A NURSE PRACTITIONER.. I'm reporting green valley!

Deeply disappointed with this experience. I wish we had done some homework about Rehab facility options as not to get pushed into Green Valley. My mother did not receive “physical therapy” other than a daily walk of 200-300 feet. She is 86 and in cognitive decline. Their cognitive assessment of her was “100%”. Guessing they only asked her name and age? How do you discharge an 86 year old woman with a vertebrae fracture and stage 4 breast cancer so easily? Be warned, aside from a few staff members, they genuinely don’t care.

Staff don't care, they complain about being there and if you are a patient ,good luck getting the care you need, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
