Quite literally one of the worst places. This place did nothing beneficial when it came to taking care of my family. I can’t put it into words how terrible this place is.

I worked here yesterday. It’s my first time there as a Cna from agency and I’m never coming back. I gave 1 star this is not for me, but for the residents. I feel so bad for the residents with the food that they’re getting. For supper, they had a very hard, dried pork chop, with gravy and rice and dried carrots. No snack trays for residents after dinner especially to those who didn’t ate because they didn’t like the food from supper. It seems their nutrition in this facility is very limited. I feel bad for the residents. The CNA’s I had been working weren’t that good either. One from agency who often picked up and the other one who’s trained for 6 days. The one from agency said she really don’t care about these residents. Very less compassionate to say that about residents you supposed to care for. The one Cna that’s been trained for 6 days doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing. Me, being my first time in that facility made me not wanting to come back. I just feel sad for the residents.. They really need to do well with the dietary department though.
