I was a resident recently. My stay was supposed to had been 2 weeks rehab but it turned into 9 months with no progress. Therapy people failed me, people in offices failed me, telling me a bunch of BS hoping I would believe. Some of the CNAs were good at their jobs but still needed more training. They just don't know the meaning of Patient Care ... It's not a paycheck. It's having a true heart and love what you do to make the residents feel good and cared for. I got billed for an entire month I wasn't there for and left several messages, didn't get all of my meds, was supposed to have home care ready for me when I got discharged, which non of these things happened. I had to set up my home care and still doing it after being home 2 weeks. From my experience, I wouldn't recommend anyone going here. They have a lot of improvements to improve on to make that place inviting and stop having so many deaths at that place.

Our family is so grateful for the excellent care our mother received during her in patient rehabilitation stay! Thank you to Administrator Shelley’s guidance and compassion helping us through the stressful health plan approval process, and to the kind and professional care of the nurses, Therapists, and entire staff! My mother was in good hands and home now healed and back to normal. Thank you!!

UPDATE: To the ASC social media person: There is no reason to call in and talk about this. You as a COMPANY that is suppose to take care of our ELDERLY should know better and DO BETTER. Some of these folks have NO ONE on their side and I swear that's what many of you want. I stand up and will tell others when I see wrong. You can take their money and they live in absolute FILTH. Karma will come back to get you. ORIGINAL POST: I have no idea who they have giving them 5 stars, but they are dead wrong. Let me tell ya a few stories. My grandmother was here, as well as my great aunt (2021). Rooms weren't clean, feces stains on the floor, holes and horribly damaged walls. ( I have photos) I would buy my aunt clothes (DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR INVENTORY. KEEP A RECORD FOR YOURSELF.) I would find those same new clothes, torn up, with holes, thrown in a drawer and of course no one said a damn thing. During Covid, they had to move people around. They threw old family photos and frames in clear, cheap plastic bags, destroying frames. I made them reimburse me for EVERYTHING they destroyed. They would knock over vases, and turn the broken side to the wall, so when you looked at it, you wouldn't see it. My favorite? When we were in our final days with my grandmother, they had someone bring in a cart with fruit and little bags of snacks, which was kind of them. I saw them bring the cart in and I was staring off into space, when I saw a ROACH crawl out of the large silver bowl which held the fruit and snacks. I got up, pushed it back into the hall, then shut the door. I was PISSED. So, do your research. Be the voice for your loved one. DO NOT let them rot in there alone. By being their voice, you can assure that they treat your people good. They may get shitty, but if they do what they are suppose to do, then they won't hear your mouth, am I wrong? Keep your EYES OPEN and document EVERYTHING.

Value Consideration
With monthly costs ranging from $7,000 to $12,000—above the local average—families may expect a high standard of care and amenities. While some services and staff interactions meet expectations, recurring concerns about care quality and facility conditions suggest that value may depend heavily on individual experiences and needs.
