Excellent place to work and we care about each and every resident. The facility is beautiful and the job is very fulfilling. I love it here.

Placed husband for respite-besides dementia he has a catheter which he can’t empty. The first 24 hours he was there- ( despite having been aware and given a sheet on what he can/can’t do for himself) NO one emptied his catheter. When I came next day he told me he emptied it. I took him in to bathroom and discovered his pants were wet. Btw he was still in same clothes he came in. Pjs folded on walker like someone out there and told him to put in. Nope ya gotta watch him and help him. Disgusted. When I returned from my two weeks away. I visited and found he had no pants in closet for next day. His laundry basket was overflowing. Found out they don’t have a specific laundry person. Caregivers are expected to do between caring for clients. I saw plenty of cleaners talking together in hallway barely sweeping /cleaning - mostly talking. Their time could have been used to do laundry. (I brought home and did it myself/ not my idea of spending my respite time. Staff is friendly not so the nurses I encountered. I will say he was safe and well fed and he eventually engaged in the music on Tuesday. But. I won’t take him back for full-time placement.

No way these reviews are real they’ll take your family in knowing that they don’t have the nursing to handle everyone idk how their still open somebody in the state must be paid off before you consider taking your family there show up when they least expect it so you can see the real HH
