Harvard Square is bad I can n't recommend this community if you have friends or family look for a better place for them to live this is a bad decision in all senior living I hope place for mom see this or senior adviser, special with the direction of Philly's it is increasingly sinking. they don't have a maintenance director, the head nurse was just recently fired, the kitchen nothing changes I think that soon the residents will have to go to the food bank several times I come to have lunch the servers tell us that the specials are not variable any more, they don't order enough or we do not know how about a week a go they served 5 pieces of onion ring baked beans and two tenders it did not look appetizing at all. I took a picture unfortunately it did not saved I have friends living in this community they spoke to me telling me they were very hungry and would not have breakfast until 9 am this is unacceptable in case you are taking medication. Philly's is begging the residents to leave good comments about this community does not understand the problem is her until she leaves that place it will not change.

Phyllis is one of the reasons I’m in this building. She’s trying to fix a can of worms. Phyllis a very freindly hands on executive, she is always looking ways to improve our senior living conditions. She is ALWAYS asking the folks here about their concerns. In ending this review I will say that she is very critical to the future of this place
