Very clean walking in ..easy sign in..but also a greeter at a desk near by .helped us to direct to where we were to go. Smiling faces as we walked to our friends room.

I have been there three times to visit our mother. She is getting the 24 hours care that she needs. Her short term memory is fading. However, the place is clean and good looking food. The Nurses and especially one of the attendant Ashley is very attentive and courteous. I don't know all the names of the employees yet. They keep an eye on their mom while she has visitors and this is a relief. Next time anyone is there you should thank the employees to show your appreciation. They have a difficult job as I witnessed trying to get patients to cooperate and get the best care. Michael Saint James City, FL
