Our parent was in here for several months. Major neglect. He was a fall risk and was constantly falling. Broke his hip and they didn’t care. Still made him walk around. Didn't cut his hair, didn’t shave his face. Didn’t brush his teeth. Nothing. We forced them to send him to the er after 2 weeks of the fall that did it and we ended up bringing him home for his end of life care. I would never recommend this place. The nurse that worked there could barely hold a conversation. This was Jan 2024-July 2024. Hopefully they have a new nurse by now. Also smells like pee on the whole floor. Nasty place.

Vanessa, Alessia and Sarah are angels! These three took the time to come see our uncle in the hospital prior to hospice. They brought him a gift comforted him and showed genuine compassion. They didn't need to do that but no stopping hearts like that. This profession is so hard and they are all cut from a special cloth. Thank you for coming ladies. Meant more than you know for our uncle and our family!

We were so impressed by the wonderful staff at Franklin. They took great care of our mom while she rehabbed from a hospital stay. I cannot say enough about the caring and attentive people there. Thank you!!
