The staff here has been fabulous. Mom is here for rehab. She enjoys PT very much, and I met a PT staff member and trust she’s in good hands. Mom has never complained about the food. The facility could be cleaner (eg floors, bathroom), but it is clean enough (except the floor of the community room) and my mother is kept very clean. I would not hesitate to recommend Heritage.
