They over work there employees, they favor certain employees, and they TRULY do not care about there employees . As time goes on, management is getting worse and worse. If you don’t believe me ask around. You will get your answer

My father moved here from Laguna Woods in 2011 after being diagnosed with Alzheimer's. After extensive research into all other assisted living facilities in the area, Heritage House easily was #1 on my list. They are a privately owned medium-sized living facility with caring staff and admins. There is no "perfect" place for people with this disease, but I whole heartedly recommend HH to anyone.
