As I was visiting my patient on the memory care side, the stuff was very rude. It was a lady in a wheelchair requesting medical attention for 30 minutes then her nose to start to bleed. It was no nurse at the front desk. The lady that clean was looking for them to no avail. They were very loud as patients watched tv. They wasn’t letting the patients in their rooms. They need to do better. These are people loved ones. I wouldn’t dare want someone to do that to me When I become old. I wonder how they treat my patient when I’m not there. They need more supervision on the weekends because what I saw was awful.
