Great facilities but the pay is terrible for home health caregivers. Most people in independent living pay to not have to move to assisted living or skilled nursing, so the workload is similar. They don't use an app which would be easier to clock in, chart and look-up the care plan. Everything, including charting, is done through a client's land line telephone. This is time consuming considering you will have clients in separate buildings.

I was there Friday of last week. I was coming to look for a place for a family member but honestly this is not the right place for them. 1) I am not sure how secure the location is. When I was inside there was a security guard arguing with someone from their front desk about a work order. It was clear the right hand wasnt talking to the left hand. 2) There were several bits of trash in the parking lot and inner main facility making me think they do not upkeep the location very well. 3) I didn't feel like a guest. How do I trust you with my family if I can't be treated well myself? No thanks.
