My daughter has been there off and on . I'm not real pleased with the care she has received. She was put on hospice care because they said they didn't have the meds she needed . Well the state did an audit and found the meds she was supposed to be taking in the med cartanrereleased

There isn't an actual nurse to save your life around here! It's dirty, complete with feces on the floor and bedside table! 🤬 Housekeeping doesn't do anything, but push a germ infested dirty mop from room to room, and they NEVER actually clean anything! And trust me, you can just forget about anyone answering a call light. Especially the tall "charge nurse!" Who, btw, nobody likes! 😆 I almost forgot about that high sodium, carbohydrate laden, frozen processed disgusting slop they try to pass off as food is just unbearable. But there are some amazing staff members who go above and beyond. And for that I am thankful. Christian is awesome! I miss him. 🥰 It's been a while since I was there, I never received my personal belongings either, so I do hope these concerns have been addressed and rectified.

It was such an honor & pleasure to be part of Hillcrest Heights Healthcare Center. Since day one i was greeted by CNA Roxy, she was so nice & kind. They made me feel at home. I want to send a very special thank you to Miss Ivan, she was so amazing & so helpful, her beauty is not only physical but she also has a beautiful ❤️ heart. To Miss Melissa, she always made sure i had my transportation ready for me. My CNA Mae, she is my little princess always ready to help. To Sara from cleaning, my precious Sarita, always making sure i had what i need. To everyone at physical therapy, thank you all so much for making therapy so much fun. Pleaase forgive me for not remembering everyone's name. This place will always have a very special place in my heart, but i will never forget what Miss Ivan said to me before i left, she said, you are always welcome back. She is truly a jem. I will miss every single one of you but those from therapy remember how fun it was on 4th of july, we ate the hot dogs that were to die for. Inside joke. I recommend this facility 100% I did cry when i left but i left with beautiful memories. Thank you Hillcrest Heights Healthcare Center for your amazing care & for giving us the patients respect, love & for putting a smile on our face everyday. God bless you all & i thank you again for being the best. With all my love & respect. Martha Garcia 😇🙏🤗❤️💐🌹🌼🌸💖💮💞🌺🦋🪷🥰🌷😻😺
