From our very first visit, we felt welcomed and reassured and that’s thanks in large part to Faith, who took us on a tour the same day we reached out over our Aunt. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine concern for our aunties well-being made a lasting impression. She guided us through every step of the transition with compassion and clarity. The entire team at Hillcrest Silver Ridge has been exceptional. The staff are kind, attentive, and truly go above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable, safe, and respected. A huge shout out to Samantha & Rhonda who have always been a huge help with my aunt getting to her appointments and getting her out of her funk with fun activities . The facility itself is beautiful, clean, and decorated and designed to feel like home. My aunt especially enjoys the great food, social events, and the opportunity to connect with others in such a positive environment. Most importantly, we now have peace of mind knowing that she’s not only well cared for, but also thriving. We highly recommend Hillcrest Silver Ridge to any family looking for exceptional assisted living care for their loved ones.
