About Holiday Bridge Park
Holiday Bridge Park is an independent-living community in the High Point neighborhood of West Seattle, part of the Holiday by Atria portfolio. Private apartments — studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms — are included in a monthly rate that covers chef-prepared meals, housekeeping, transportation, and most utilities. Residents who need personal support can arrange that through third-party caregivers who work within the community.
Our Care Approach
Holiday Bridge Park is designed for older adults who value independence. Licensed care services are not provided on-site, but residents can bring in third-party caregivers or home health providers of their choosing. Physical and occupational therapy is available from third-party providers within the community at an additional cost. Each resident also receives a Lively® Mobile Plus GPS device upon move-in for 24/7 safety support inside and outside the community.
Family Experience
Families visiting Holiday Bridge Park often note how inviting the dining room feels and how readily staff engage with guests. The move-in process has been described as straightforward — even when coordinating from a distance or during a transition from rehabilitation — and the all-inclusive pricing structure helps families plan without unexpected add-ons.

Holiday Bridge Park is an assisted living collection of apartments for the elderly who wish to live independently. We have many, many different activities available for us to participate in. I Think the food is fantastic with many choices at each meal. The weight staff are extremely friendly and will take the time to talk with us for a minute or two to share. What’s going on an hour and their lives. We have our own buses to take us to medical appointments, for shopping, and for planned sightseeing trips. The other residence are helpful for new people like myself and figuring out how to do everything. I haven’t met anyone who wasn’t pleasant and either to talk with me. It’s like being part of a huge family. I love it here. It has been one big pleasant adventure for me.

I really moved to Bridge Park initially to save money on monthly expenses. After moving here, I now realize how good this place is to live. The staff really take care of the residents and make it feel like home here. I also enjoy the three meals a day that I don't have to prepare for and cook. Also, there are a lot of planned activities to help socialize the residents.

I recently visited my aunt and uncle who just moved in, and I was so impressed with this community! From the moment we arrived for dinner, the atmosphere was incredibly inviting. The staff deserves a special shout-out—everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. What truly surprised me was the food; it was fantastic! We all thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Our whole family had such a wonderful time. I'm already looking forward to my next visit in two weeks to see what's on the menu!
Families love this community. See if it’s the right fit for you.

Value Consideration
Monthly rates at Holiday Bridge Park include apartment rent, three chef-prepared meals daily, weekly housekeeping, scheduled transportation, most utilities, and basic cable — making the all-in cost easier to evaluate than communities with many add-on fees. Care services from third-party providers are billed separately, so families exploring this path should ask how those costs are typically structured.
