About Holiday Edgewood Downs
Holiday Edgewood Downs is an independent living community in a quiet corner of Beaverton, offering an all-inclusive lifestyle where chef-prepared meals, weekly housekeeping, transportation, and daily activities are woven into a single monthly rate. Residents enjoy a warm, neighborly atmosphere with access to gardens, fitness facilities, and a full calendar of social events. Third-party home health providers can be arranged for those who may need additional support along the way.
Our Care Approach
Holiday Edgewood Downs is designed for independent living, with the flexibility to bring in outside home health or care providers as needs evolve. The community does not provide health care services directly, but accommodates third-party caregivers so residents can age in place with familiar support.
Family Experience
Families exploring this community often describe the staff as genuinely responsive and the atmosphere as welcoming from the first visit. It may be worth asking directly about recent updates to dining, maintenance timelines, and billing practices — questions that other families have found helpful in setting clear expectations.
