About Holiday Regent
Holiday Regent is an independent living community in Corvallis, Oregon, set near the Willamette Valley and McDonald-Dunn Forest, offering 84 apartment homes with a full calendar of daily activities, chef-prepared meals, and housekeeping included in monthly rent. Part of the Atria Senior Living family and backed by more than 50 years of Holiday's senior living experience, the community provides a connected, maintenance-free lifestyle for active older adults. Residents who need light daily support can arrange services through vetted third-party providers who work directly within the community.
Our Care Approach
Holiday Regent is designed for independent older adults who value an active, socially connected lifestyle without the responsibilities of home maintenance. Residents who develop light support needs can arrange assistance with bathing, dressing, or daily tasks through third-party home care providers who are permitted to work on-site — giving families flexibility without requiring an immediate move.
Family Experience
Families exploring Holiday Regent often note that the staff take time to answer questions thoroughly during tours and remain responsive once a loved one moves in — with multiple reviewers highlighting that team members 'keep an eye out' for residents in a quiet, unobtrusive way. One area worth discussing with the community is how transitions are handled if a resident's care needs change over time, as the community is licensed for independent living only.

Had a great visit at Holiday Regent. The community has a warm, welcoming atmosphere and you can tell the staff truly care about the residents and the environment. Kirsten was very kind and took the time to talk with me and point me in the right direction. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional.

I have been a resident here for 4 months and would like to commend the dining room staff and our housekeepers for the remarkable job they do here. These are the employees who work hard at every meal accommodating the many needs of senior residents and clean our apartments every week. They are cheerful and hard working employees who work diligently with smiles on their faces to make our lives here comfortable. It is mostly behind the scenes jobs and I would like to say thank you to all of them who serve our meals and clean our rooms so that we can enjoy other activities. All of them deserve a 5 star commendation!

Affordable independent housing with a lot of amenities for seniors. Our guide Murray was very knowledgeable and helpful. We had an awful lot of questions, he answered them completely. We had been investigating for a friend and we left thinking, " this place might be a good fit for us ".
Families love this community. See if it’s the right fit for you.
