Stupidest of people working at the ER room. Not clean, not professional. Why am I talking to security guards almost all the time who know absolutely nothing about healthcare/costumer experience. You can se the people over the lobby having a phenomenal time whilst either a homeless is having a seizure on the floor and everyone else is in an emergency to be attended across their window. I have never experienced such jeopardy when In an emergency. A hospital that makes you doubt whether if it was a better idea to stay at home in pain because the unbearable pain of its disastrous ignorance is insane. If you have a chance, go somewhere else.
