This evening I was in terrible pain, and I had to wait three hours after the time I was supposed to receive the pain meds my doctor had prescribed. I was beginning to wonder when it is time to dial 911 from a hospital room. Probably this is the result of insufficient staffing.

Its awful here,your loved one will be neglected.they take forever to respond to call lights,they are disorganised,careless,we have complained so much.your loved one may have to lay in their waste,they take forever to take them to the toilet.understaffed.it may as well be run by janitors.theres zero skill Except for their rehabilitation.foods awfull,beds awfull.im not a complainer.i just expect older people to be cared for, this place might seem awsome on the surface but im there every night and its terrible.nightime is the worst.blatant neglect.blatant neglect.i wish they would fire everyone and start fresh with good nurses,good cnas,people with a soul
