LaNYC
While the staff are dedicated and caring, the facility itself is significantly below standard. Compared to communities that genuinely invest in seniors’ overall well-being and quality of life, this facility falls short. The building and amenities are outdated and in need of a complete overhaul. Residents deserve a much higher standard of care and environment than what is currently provided
