I cannot give a review at this place due to the fact that my brother-in-law will be going there once he’s there and I go check it out. See what progress they’re doing for him nurses Cna’s. I will read it but not right now. So please excuse that I have not read it right now. I’ll read it as a one.had to put more info we been having so much issues with the nurses and cna staff is so short staff

I am writing to express my concerns about the performance of a housekeeper named Jessica. While her primary responsibility is to maintain cleanliness, her actions have fallen short of expectations. Jessica frequently fails to complete her assigned duties. She often promises to clean residents' rooms but doesn't follow through, leaving rooms uncleaned. Her primary task seems to be taking out the trash, and her attitude is often unprofessional. Furthermore, Jessica often gives the impression of being busy without actually working. She is frequently seen walking through the building without performing any cleaning tasks, instead of chatting with other employees or being engrossed in her headset and phone, texting, and ignoring residents' needs. This behavior is unacceptable and negatively impacts the residents' living conditions. When questioned about her duties she never has a response or she replies that the administrator always has her doing something so she’s to busy to complete her duties but yet is always on time leaving with uncomplicated tasks. Every time we ask to Speak with a supervisor She claims to be, but we know she is not Because they supervisor will not leave a whole hallway uncompleted And this is an every day thing that needs to be addressed ASAP or I will report her to state and get corporate involved if I have to. Can we please get a supervisor asap and have her take responsibility for her actions.

Huebner Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation has serious issues with both staffing and management. As a former charge nurse, I was responsible for 36 residents at a time, often with only two CNAs for the entire building. This is unsafe for residents who need timely care and overwhelming for staff trying to provide it. On top of that, the facility frequently runs short on basic supplies, making it difficult to meet residents’ needs properly. Management, led by Administrator Cristyan Loredo, does not support staff or address problems when raised. Our DON, Jackie Saenz, required mandatory training modules with testing that had to be completed “on the clock,” but no time was ever realistically provided to do so. When I asked for accommodations, I was denied, and ultimately terminated — not just for training, but also after raising concerns about unsafe working conditions and new policies. Speaking up here often leads to retaliation instead of solutions. To make matters worse, Administrator Cristyan Loredo instructed healthcare staff not to call maintenance when toilets overflow — which happens often — but to grab plungers and unclog them ourselves. This is unsanitary, unsafe, and takes staff away from caring for residents. Families should know that while the nurses and CNAs truly care and work hard for the residents, they are placed in impossible situations by chronic understaffing, lack of supplies, and poor management practices. Residents deserve safe staffing ratios, a clean environment, and leadership that prioritizes quality care. Staff deserve respect, support, and a fair working environment. Unfortunately, at Huebner Creek, those basic standards are not being met.
