Had to update my review as we moved my mom out of Inspired after a year. Regular turnover (at all levels) led to continual issues with my mom's medication. The lack of consistency in care was troubling. Original review: My mom moved in three weeks ago from a different AL community down the road. In the short time she's been at Inspired Living, she's already in better health and more engaged than she was at the other community. The thoughtful and communicative Care Team at Inspired Living is what sold us on this move. They arranged a meeting a few days after my mom moved in to discuss her care plan with someone present from PT, medication management, house keeping, maintenance, and other areas. They have an app that I can see what activities my mom is attending, what is coming up, and more. There is also a weekly recorded call from the Executive Director to family members to keep them updated on community news. Every employee (and resident!) we've encountered has been friendly and helpful. My mom loves that they know who she is and I love that they are always checking in on her to encourage her to attend meals/activities. She has also enjoyed the food so far and has been finding her way around the building easily. We've attended events together, as well, including the Family Thanksgiving Dinner last week and watching musicians perform. Inspired Living was the first place I visited when looking to move my mom from Florida, but I was swayed by false promises at the other community. Inspired has proven that it walks the walk and I'm looking forward to a long relationship with this community.
