Inspired Living at Tampa staff, especially the leadership, is Values Driven, Thoughtful and Compassionate in every interaction I have witnessed (and I visit my husband every other day). Having Parkinsons and Dementia, his care was beyond my physical and emotional limits. The first Memory Care Center he was at was run like a big business; leadership seemed disinterested and staff turnover was very high. That's not the case at Inspired. Charlie, Marlene, Yuni and Michelle have many years' experience and an authentic, deep commitment to each resident. They are generous in spirit and providing comfort and care. Activities, thanks to Simone, are varied, many and intentional. Chef Obed prepares consistently good food (residents even get a choice of entrees) and a monthly cultural event offers cuisine and live entertainment. I'd be remiss not to add that Marlene and Michelle have been supportive advocates for me as I cope with my husband's disease. They are always there for me and I can finally rest at night, knowing he is receiving the care he needs.
