The front office associates are so friendly and helpful! The workers are welcoming, The facility is spotless ! I enjoy visiting there!

Only gave one star because "0" stars was not an option. Inept staff. Neglect. Nasty, Nasty. Dont sit on Cafeteria chairs. Mens hallway restroom most of the time is nasty and stinky. Medication management subpar. Laundry comes back dirty, if it comes back. Staff is awful. Avoid this place. Do your research on how many fines they have had. Oh, occasional nats and mice in rooms.

I just want to say that I REALLY APPRECIATE THE STAFF AT KNOWLES.. They go over and beyond for the residents. My cousin lives there. He has been there for 2 yrs. They really care about all the darlings that stay there. They are very attentive, kind, compassionate, loving, understanding, caring people. Specially Ms. Shelia, Keisha and the nurse Toya. The lady that sits at the office across from Kisha but I can’t think of her name. She is a sweetheart as well whenever I come and she is there but I have mainly dealt with the 3 that I named. I love love love them. They make you feel like family there. If it is any concerns they call and let me know. They help me understand if I feel lost about a situation. I feel 100% safe knowing that Derrick lives there and is in the care of the facility. My worries are at ease and my heart aches with pure joy knowing he is taking care of. (just like the commercial says ( he is in good hands with Allstate) I’m very greatful for the team that Knowles has. I have told some of my friends about Knowles and one friend moved her Dad in a few months ago. You ladies keep up the good work and keep doing the superb job that you do!!
