New company took over and turned horrible. Got rid of all the good employees that were there for years who actually loved and cared about all the residents. Could never get answers when love one was there, and had to have appointments to even talk to anyone. Became a very cold facility with doors always shut. Once a beautiful welcoming facility turned cold.

Even introduced me to another Early-onset caregiver, and we exchanged phone numbers. The staff I met seemed super nice and professional. The facility was clean, secure, and pleasant.
