He asked a nurse to turn the volume up on his phone, she took his phone away and went through his phone. They questioned him about the people texting him that were concerned about him not answering the phone. He didn't get his phone back until later in the evening. They've left him in the bed all day and don't even take him out of bed to eat. The abuse is real, believe the reviews. The only positive reviews are from people glad to be "relieved of the burden". If you love your family, do not put them in this facility.

I honestly do not know where to begin. My cousin is currently a patient at the Scott facility. From the very first time that her family became involved with the administration, and now the entire staff it has been something that I will remember the rest of my days. Everyone here are angels. They continually go out of their way in treatment of my cousin. They are just absolutely amazing. Caring and loving every minute of the day. I will be eternally grateful for all they have done for us!!!!
