I would give 0 stars but it isn’t an option. This facility is infested with bedbugs. We have complained to state to no avail. The state “investigates” then gives them more time to “treat” the problem. Our family member did not indicate to us the extent of the problem. I went in his room yesterday because another family member noted 4-5 bedbugs crawling on him when he met with him outside the facility. I was appalled at what I saw.

Do not bring your loved ones here as they do not advise of bed bug infestations pre moving in and have not addressed them fully in almost a year. The state has been notified and they have 90 to come up with a game plan, not remediation. Do not bring your loved ones there unless you want to have them living in constant bugs.

This original review was posted several months ago, nothing has changed with the bedbug situation. They are still spraying frequently but the housekeeping is so bad they will never get this under control. The food is terrible and not nutritious. The staff for the most part are not very caring or industrious. My mother in law is still going several days without bathing. Her bed linens are not changed for weeks at a time. Her laundry isn't done in a timely manner. I despise this place and if it were up to me she would be moved to another facility immediately! My mother in law is a resident. She regularly goes for days without a shower, her bedding is not changed for weeks at a time and they constantly lose her laundry. Joy has also been dealing with a bed bug problem for months, they still have them. There is upholstered furniture in the lobby that residents use daily, it needs to be disposed of to get rid of the bed bugs. Her room isn't cleaned very often, the same debris on the floor has been there for weeks at a time. Her toilet has overflowed and they just throw towels down on the floor and leave it for long periods before eventually cleaning it up.
