The parking is horrible. The staff take up most of the parking. There is parking in the rear of the building with a sign above a door saying “employees only” but staff do not park there, they park up front and in the handicap spaces. So when you go visit your relatives and/or take them out, there is no where to park. I have addressed this several times, yet it continues to happen.

I’ll make this short & sweet manegment is no good they treated my grandma like she was cattle just a check every month for the company the staff on the other hand they were great very nice very polite & professional going above and beyond for the people. But I really cannot say that about the management I been there when they are short staffed & all they did was nothing just sit in the office till another employee came in to fill the spot. Which I find funny cause they have posters all through out the building saying “we collaborate for the common good” “we lead by example” “we are accountable for results” but I guess that only implies to the employees & not the managers? I feel all managers need hospitality training. I get that this isn’t a Texas based company so their morals don’t align with our southern beliefs. But plenty of hospitality training can fix that.

I have been very impressed with Juniper especially because of their incredible staff. One of the kindest people we have met here is Tara who has helped with absolutely everything as my mom moved in. John at the front desk is also incredible and does so much. We are also very thankful for Jesse and Angel who have gone above and beyond to make sure my mom is comfortable and even check in on her and her dog. And there's also the lovely nurse Bo. Everybody, even administration, have been wonderful. The staff make all the difference.
