Not sure if there is any friendly staff left there. Admin is rude and extremely unhelpful, nurses don’t ask questions or gather correct info. Doctors don’t want to spend time with patients- just 5-10 minutes which is just enough time for them to read your reason for visit, ask 2 questions and be done.

PA Craig putting on people's discharge papers that they're pain seeking behaviors there's a little out of sorts when you tell the doctor the nurse in the nursing supervisor that you're still in pain that the medication that they have they given you has not helped so they put on your discharge papers drug seeking behaviors I think it's time to contact an attorney because it does not do no good to contact information Bayside with the doctors and the nurses
Family Boice
Drove 2.5 hours to see my dad who was brought by ambulance to the emergency department today . My mom said the doctor said it was ok for my brother and I to come back, I got to ED registration window 2 and explained why I was there and who I was to see and the doctor had said it was ok for me and my brother to come back, she made a phone call to the back nurse and was sarcastic and said the doctor with a giggle said both of these people could come back to see room 4 even though there is already someone in the room and not sure what was said on the other end but she said “I know and rolled her eyes” and said only one of you can go.. ok that would of been fine dealing with a high stress situation no one!!! No one needs a condescending patient relations person to be your front end of communication.. Do better!!!
