From my experience, the team is incredibly responsive and genuinely cares about what you have to say. Whether it’s Bailey at the front desk, Travis in maintenance, or anyone else on the team, I always feel confident that my questions will be answered, or that I’ll be connected with someone who can help. The residents are happy, engaged, and always a joy to chat with. It’s a warm, welcoming environment all around.

Overall this facility is well maintained and the majority of the staff is competent and friendly. Main disappointments are; incredibly expensive rent rates with large annual rent increases, tiny food portions at meal times (residents still need to go grocery shopping or have groceries delivered) and lack of security (caught tweakers wandering the hallways looking for food and drugs at 9pm in the evening). It does look like they are making some exterior improvements but $3500/month for a 550 square foot apartment is way too expensive for most seniors living on social security and investment income.

Mother -in-law is moving in with us, but this was her first choice. Very professional and friendly staff. They made us feel very comfortable. If things change in the future we will definitely consider a move into this facility 😃
