Emmanuel, Daniela, Kevin, Jeremy, May, Natalie and Adriene are all dedicated to and friendly towards this patient. However didn't see a lot of PT applications in the use of equipment in PT gym. I had more to say but it was pretty negative and since I had developed a pretty good relationship with the director and head of nursing i held back. So I'll just say this: 1. I just got a notice of a class action settlement with me as one of the plaintiffs. With that in mind let me say that the director has only been there for about four years and the head of nursing about two years. No doubt the performance of the staff was much worse before they got there than it was while I was there. Most of the staff was warm and welcoming but far too many of the staff was under trained and lacked experience. Supervisors didn't seem to have any real awareness of what was going on and were of very little help. I can't recall the name of this one department but was some sort of patient advocate department. These people are totally unreliable and I also had to contact my attorneys to address the management on my behalf which is why and how I developed the relationship with management. If you or a family member ends up there you need to get to know management otherwise you may not be heard at all by supervisors and staff.
