new management has done a lot of improvements and cares deeply for the residents, not sure why Taylor Etherton would give a bad review when she has never been on payroll with the new management nor has she had family there to anyone's knowledge. If there is a problem to cause a low rating please contact the facility and speak to the owners so that they can try to resolve it, don't just give low ratings without explanations just for the sake of giving them.
