The therapy team helped me improve my physical health with exercises and walking. I also enjoyed working with speech therapy to improve my mind. Because of the therapy team, I am going to be going home.

A friend is staying here and they tell him one thing and then come to find out it’s false information. They say that they care about the people who are there, but the only ones that actually care are the therapist, no one else cares about them at all. It’ll take them well over a hour to do something as simple as getting a cup of ice, there was people screaming and crying for help that they couldn’t breathe or something else and all they did was closed their door on them. They truly don’t care at all.

I’d rate a negative star of possible… excellent therapist that do deserve 5+ stars but that’s it. The cnas They can’t get anything right, complain about the patients all the time, will just shut the door on patients asking for help, or ignore them when they are yelling that they need help or can’t breath just cause they don’t want to deal with them, don’t care about their own policies or follow them, always in their phones, every cna you ask will tell you something different. They will tell you that they will help you in a min, and won’t even come back they will just be at desk 80% of the time on their phones and if they actually do come back it’s 45+mins later. They DEFINITELY DON’T CARE about the patients. Definitely wouldn’t recommend them at all except for the therapist, they definitely do care and go above and beyond they definitely would be highly highly recommended 10 out of 5 stars. The cnas negative 20 out of five stars definitely wouldn’t recommend them at all.
