Loved living here - it was convenient and I had no issues at all my entire time here. The property manager, Amy, is so nice and she made my experience here a 10/10

Knoxville High is a great place to live! It is no longer a senior living facility, it’s just apartments now, so look for reviews about the apartments specifically while making your decision about moving here. Very quiet, the building and apartments are beautiful, and staff is great. Amy (office manager) cares deeply for the residents and is always very helpful, Steve (maintenance) is excellent and responds so fast to maintenance requests, and I see Lisa (cleaning) constantly working around the whole building. There is a really pretty common area patio/balcony outside, a common area lobby with lots of seating, a fitness center, and a secluded courtyard to take your dog out. The location is downtown close to Old City so I don’t like walking alone (especially at night) and there are doors close to the courtyard so I never have to leave the property when I go outside, which is an extremely safe option and allows me more freedom to get out with my dog at all hours. There’s also a courtesy officer who lives on site and responds to resident requests, who keeps a police car parked outside as an additional safety measure. Overall this has been my favorite apartment I’ve ever lived at and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, convenient, safe, really pretty place to live!
