I'm having to change my review after being dehumanized today. I was left in urine soaked brief and sheets all morning and never checked on or call light answered. I had to call 911 to finally be changed and taken care of. There is no excuse for this and I will be calling state as well as the health department first thing Tuesday morning.I will also be filing a lawsuit.

Rather than using hygienic, single-use disposable wipes, the facility opts for reusable washcloths, which poses potential sanitation and infection control issues. The work culture is unprofessional and inequitable. The scheduler exhibits clear favoritism, creating an unfair and uncomfortable work environment for new staff. Additionally, the training process is severely lacking—on my first day, the assigned trainer abandoned me without guidance, leaving me to navigate responsibilities without proper orientation or support. This type of environment reflects a lack of structure, oversight, and professionalism. I would strongly advise any prospective employee or agency to exercise caution when considering this facility. In my professional opinion, it fails to meet the basic standards required for quality patient care and employee well-being
