I truly cannot believe this place. I had wrote a review talking about the way My dad has been mistreated at this place. They called me then saying that they were gonna change everything and have meetings to make it a better place for him and asked me to remove my review. Here we are three weeks later and still nothing has changed. My dad still gets the same treatment as before he’s still treated poorly. He still waits hours for anybody to help him and now they’re trying to kick him out. And the messed up part is he would’ve been out of this facility months ago if the people there would’ve just done their job to help us get the requirements to get him home but instead they sat there and told us they couldn’t do it or they are not allowed to And left it up to us mind you it’s been me (21 years old) And my 19-year-old sister left to figure out a Job that these people are paid to do yet don’t do it, that they are LICENSED to do, personally I have no experience in dealing with any of this.. I just want my dad to be okay, and these people couldn’t give 2 cents about him. I am quite irritated and so disappointed in this community.
