I am giving it one star based on most of the staff and the excellent care they provide the residents. However, The administrator is horrible . The unethical practices and complete disregards for the residents actual family members is disgusting. My grandmother died alone .

Stay away from the Lincoln, MO. Nursing Home! They allow staff to threaten people and act aggressively in their facility. I've had numerous friends and family work there over the years and nothing ever changes. They screw over good, hardworking people to protect their aged employees even when they are in the wrong! They push and push their employees until they quit! Their employees deserve better! And so do their residents! 💯🤷♀️🖕

DON'T LEAVE YOUR LOVED ONES THERE OR ON HOSPICE CARE IN BENTON COUNTY!!!! The care there is AWFUL!!! They gave my Mother medications that were specifically on her DO NOT give list. The floors were filthy. It was clear there was blood stains/smears and medical equipment on the floor from the previous tenant. I have pictures along with medication that was given my Mother that wasn't supposed to be.I'm seriously thinking of taking this up with the state. They think we can't do anything, well, watch me!!!
