My mother has been dealing with nursing facilities for the past two years and I have never had a worse experience with a nursing facility. Then I had at the laurels of West Columbus. This is a terrible place. I truly believe they don’t want people to continue living at all Especially Heidi Oliver a nurse at the facility with a very nasty attitude with no regards for family members. This person has a terrible attitude no patience no conscience of what medications she’s giving the residence I’m not even sure she knows what planet she’s on her behavior during my mothers stay at the facility was completely unprofessional. I think she needs to be a correctional officer and not a nurse. because of this experience, I would not advise anyone to send Anyone they love to this facility I wouldn’t even send my dog back to this facility I had to give the facility at least one star to post this review it deserves negative stars

Outstanding facility!! They have done everything possible to make my 93 yr old mom comfortable. Paige has gone above and beyond to help her in this transition. Haley has been extremely helpful in admissions to the facility as well!! Highly recommended for sure!!

The facility is very clean and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. My biggest complaint is the lack of communication from the staff about the progress of my mothers care.
