From the first phone call to moving my mom in, everything about Laurelwood has been top notch. The facility is clean, staff are all so friendly and helpful…her studio apartment w/private bath is spacious enough yet easy for mom to navigate. Safety is a top concern, and we appreciate the multiple grab bars in the bathroom and not one but two pull cords in her studio. The in-room temperature control lets her keep the space comfortable. Maintenance is very responsive. To a person, every staff member I have met has been upbeat, smiling, and going about their daily work with compassion. I have great peace of mind knowing my mom is comfortable, safe and well cared for in a nice facility that is well maintained. I’d give it more than 5 stars if I could!
