Nurses & Aides are excellent. Food is good. My biggest complaint is @ checkin they take your extra clothes to label & it's been 5 days & I still haven't gotten them back. Offered a shower but don't have any clean clothes to wear. Rooms do need upgraded no chairs in the room TV's are small & my roommates controller changes my TV also

Well for one when visiting I asked for a visitor's restroom seems no one working there knew of one . I've worked at a nursing home and seems they should think of visitor's when it comes to bathroom facilities. Also my family member her air mattress was some how unplugged and she laid there without no air in it causing a very bad bed sore which when they was changing her should have been noticed . This is terrible and should never happened.

While it is an older facility the staff is excellent. They keep the place clean and the treat my mother well. They don’t let her just lay in bed all day. They have her get up for various activities. I can’t say enough for the great staff!!!!
