Beautiful facility. Friendly staff. Not equipped to handle severe cases of sundowning. The family was called to handle loved one every time they were showing signs of aggression or frustration. Loved n one was hospitalized 3ti Es in one month for dehydration and UTI’s. Loved one went 1 1/2 weeks with an undiagnosed hip fracture. Ultimately loved one died within 2 months of moving into facility.

Moving into Legacy Village at Salt River was a breeze. The staff was great and welcoming and provided all the information and support I needed to feel at home in my lovely apartment. An assigned resident was there to help me and show me around and answer any questions. The facility is lovely and has great views of the mountains. I found the residents to be welcoming and friendly. I am pleased with my choice of Legacy Village.
