This is the best facility for the elderly. They take excellent care of my Father. This is the second nursing facility that he has been in and they far exceeded my expectations for his care. His CNA ( Nikki) is very professional and very pleasant and patient with him. She is an asset to the company and she really enjoys working with the elderly. I also have to mention the DON (Danielyle Perrault) she gave me her personal phone number so that if I had any issues I could contact her. That speaks volumes about her and her staff. They force you to rate 5 stars upon hire. Staff is unprofessional and they brush off resident complaints. Many HIPAA and OSHA violations.

DON is most unprofessional. She shows up late to scheduled meetings. She does not speak to either residents or staff upon entrance to the facility. Too, she says one thing in a meeting and later you find out it simply is not true. I feel sorry for the residents in this facility and the care staff. DON is so unprofessional. She sets the standards for staff very low just by her unprofessional conduct.
