Some of the housekeepers do a great job, they have one housekeepers that I believe her name is Karen she barely cleans l. She seem to be able to do her own thing. Everything i visited my family member she was outside smoking or in her car. Always on break. I heard her cussing out an employee. And the cna are always sitting down. Talking about something sexual, my family don't want to hear that. Call light are always on for too long. They don't have enough housekeepers and the ones they have are ran ragged. I saw a add for hiring housekeepers and they don't pay enough for all the work they have to do.

My mother died as a result of their care or lack thereof. This place should be condemned.

I’m very disappointed with the way Mr. Bob is running this nursing home. My aunt developed bedsores while in their care, which is a clear sign of neglect. Even worse, one of the supervisors actually dropped her, causing us great concern for her safety. The way supervisors treat the staff is also unacceptable—there’s a clear lack of respect and professionalism. No one deserves to be treated this way, whether they're a resident or an employee. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.
