Life Care Center Of Casper

Most of the staff are wonderful—very kind and attentive—and the facility is always clean and well maintained. However, my interaction with the Activities Director was less positive. During our conversation, it felt as though my input was not being heard. Rather than considering my perspective, she quickly dismissed my comments and focused solely on explaining why she was right. I found this approach dismissive and lacking in the concern and care that I would expect in such discussions. I also find it strange when speaking to residents they all have the same disdain for the director as well.

Not much room in the rooms. Nice staff.

Since I have been visiting my mother at Lifecare, I think everything is awesome. Your building is bigger, more lighting, more staff, friendly and encouraging my mother to do things. I’m glad we made the switch is a very nice place for her to live. Thank you.
