Went to visit a family friend. The staff was great, very helpful and accommodating. Understaffed like every place else these days. Cleanliness was not great and there was not an outside area for the residents to enjoy fresh air. Staff is great especially working for a facility that is below standard, upper management is not doing their job.

Out of all the places I've lived, including all the apartments and in the different States, Life Care of Idaho Falls, is way above and beyond the call! Everyone from the Executive Director down to the Cleaning people have been exceptional helpful, easy to talk to, and are a joy being around. The building and the grounds are kept clean and in working order. The activities are fun and enjoyable, and I look forward to attending the many different activities! I feel very safe and secure living here, I plan on making this my permanent home. 😁

This has to be one of the most idk even know the word they definitely need better caregivers i had a couple people staying there and they never did what they where told took forever to get things for the client was stuck on toilet for hours with no help My ex mother in law was here as well and ended up getting moved because they weren’t taking great care of her place smells horrible This place definitely needs to get investigated or get better people that actually care for the residents
