My wife has been at LCCW for a year, and I am pleased with the care she is receiving. She considers the staff members her friends and initially knew a few of their names. Whether nurse, aid, therapist, med tech, office worker, housekeeper, or maintenance man, I see one common theme. I don't get the impression that any of them are there for the job. They are there because they love caring for the residents.
